The Music Works Year-End Sunday Brunch To celebrate the nearing end of the 2007-2008 academic year and the accomplishments of our students and faculty, Music Works Northwest will be hosting the "Music Works Year-End Sunday Brunch". The brunch will feature a breakfast buffet, stellar student performances, Music Works ensembles, and a performance featuring a faculty member's ensemble. Issaquah Christian Church at 10328 Issaquah-Hobart Rd SE, just one and a half miles south of the city, will once again have the 7 day run of TNT safe and sane fireworks. Beginning at noon on Saturday, June 28th the proceeds from the sales will support the Mexico home building, the Soaring Higher campaign for a new church building and women's ministries. Last year 38 ICC teens and adults traveled to Mexico and built over 20 homes, one church and a school just outside of Tijuana. The homes are then given to those in need. A model home will be erected near the fireworks tent as a sample of the homes in Mexico. Everyone is encouraged to walk through this home. A huge variety of fireworks will be available in the large tent at ICC.

Fenders on Front Street, Car Show & Cruise 2008, 8am to 4pm, Downtown Issaquah. Enjoy an "all makes and models" car show, classic live rock 'n roll, family fun, arts and crafts, food and a 4pm Cruise. Free admissions and registration.
